WTV - Windows Texture Viewer

This tool is from NVIDIA designed for the simple purpose of viewing .dds image files as they are commonly used for textures in games.
Sometimes you just want to quickly open and check .dds files for format, resolution etc and with this small lightweight tool you can do that, instead having to load each texture into an image editing program first.
