Wilbur Terrain Generator

Wilbur is a free little terrain/heightmap generator. It may not be made for gamedesign, but you can get some decent results. It does not look to be fully developed, but it has a lot of features you can play around with. The original site seems to be down, so I linked the internet archive link.
