DDS-Converter

This tool is for batch converting multiple files into the .dds format. In most cases for games the .dds format is used because it improves the graphic-performance a lot, but it is a lossy format so it is not for editing, so you end up with situations where you need to convert a lot of files at once into .dds and many common batch converters do not support this format, this is what this tool is for.
This program seems to be newer and easier to use than "DDS Converter 2".
