How to reach?

If you don't know how to use IRC yet, let me give you some recommendations:

1. Use the libera webchat: https://web.libera.chat/

2. Use a regular IRC client and connect to the channel there, here is a comparison of all available clients: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_Internet_Relay_Chat_clients

I recommend the client Pidgin: https://pidgin.im/download/ It is a multi messenger that is compatible with most chat protocols as well as IRC.
