Rekt.Network

The Rekt Network offers several channels you can listen to, each one with a slightly different genre, but they are all mainly electronic/synthwave music. The website has a nice custom design and features equalizer and visualizer for the music and occasionally they do live streams/shows.

They also offer a live chat where you can meet nice people, so nice they almost did not ban me, only 2 or 3 times maybe. The chat can be conveniently used directly in the browser or you can connect to it with an IRC client.
