Desert Bus is a realistic simulator, it simulates a bus drive from Tucson to Las Vegas, through the empty desert on a straight road in realtime, one ride takes 8 hours.

The website where you can play it online seems to have been taken down in the meantime, you have to use the archive version or search for it yourself.
